Pro Strategy & Systems is a small consultancy that sits in the space between IT, operations, and strategy. We exist because too many businesses we knew were paying three different vendors to half-solve the same problem — and nobody was joining the dots.
We started PSS in 2026. The team behind it had spent years working with joinery, retail fit-out, and manufacturing businesses. The conversations kept drifting past drafting — into what CRM to buy, how to get the shop floor talking to the office, whether the backups had ever actually been tested. Questions that needed an answer, but didn't fit inside anyone's existing scope.
So PSS is what happens when you stop redirecting those questions and start taking them seriously.
Most of our engagements end in a rebuilt network, a documented process, or a migrated platform — and someone on your team who knows how to keep it running.
There's no magic methodology. There is a set of habits that, over time, produce work people keep coming back for:
- Honest scope. If we can't help, we'll say so — and point you at someone who can.
- No lock-in. You should be able to sack us cleanly. Documentation and handover are part of the job.
- Plain language. If we can't explain it in a sentence, we probably don't understand it well enough.
- Shoulder-to-shoulder. We work next to your team, not above them.
We don't resell hardware. We don't take referral commissions from software vendors. When we recommend something, it's because it fits.
