SERVICES

What we do,
in detail.

Three lanes, twelve offerings. Most engagements mix across them. If none of these quite fit what you're after, say so — we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right team.

01

Strategy

Step back from the day-to-day and work out what to do next — and in what order.

Operations & Process Review

A structured look at how work actually flows through your business — and where it stalls, doubles up, or drops.

WHO IT'S FOR
Businesses that feel inefficient but can't say precisely where the friction is.
TYPICAL SCOPE
Two to six weeks of interviews, shadowing, and process mapping. We sit with each function, watch the work, and build a picture of the current state — then mark it up with what's broken, what's redundant, and what's worth keeping.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
  • A current-state process map of the key workflows
  • A prioritised list of friction points and what to do about them
  • A short summary the leadership team can act on straight away

Software & Vendor Selection

Objective shortlisting and evaluation of business software. No referral fees. No kickbacks. No agenda beyond what fits.

WHO IT'S FOR
Teams about to sign a multi-year contract who want someone independent in the room.
TYPICAL SCOPE
We build a requirements list from your actual workflows, shortlist three to five vendors, run structured demos, and score them against your real use cases — not a wishlist marketing pack.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
  • Documented requirements tied to business outcomes
  • A shortlist with side-by-side scoring
  • Negotiation notes and contract red flags to raise

Digital Roadmap

A 12–24 month plan for technology and systems investment, sequenced around what your business can actually absorb.

WHO IT'S FOR
Businesses that keep making one-off tech decisions without a thread between them.
TYPICAL SCOPE
A half-day workshop with leadership, followed by one-on-ones with the people who use the systems daily. We deliver a phased plan with costs, dependencies, and the order of operations — why this before that.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
  • A phased roadmap with budget ranges
  • Dependency mapping between initiatives
  • A clear "first ninety days" to get moving

Cost & Efficiency Audit

Where is money leaking — licences, subscriptions, duplicated tools, manual reruns? A concrete list of what to cut and what to consolidate.

WHO IT'S FOR
Operations and finance leaders who suspect there's fat to trim but don't have time to find it.
TYPICAL SCOPE
We pull every active subscription, licence, and recurring spend, map it against actual usage, and identify overlap, under-use, and consolidation opportunities.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
  • Inventory of every recurring tech spend
  • Identified savings with payback periods
  • A cleanup plan with action owners
02

Systems

Hands-on IT and infrastructure work. Done once, done properly.

IT Support & Managed Services

Day-to-day support for your team — user issues, hardware, mobile devices, printers, the lot. Local phone, not an offshore ticket queue.

WHO IT'S FOR
Teams of 5–50 without a dedicated IT hire, or growing businesses outgrowing their old MSP.
TYPICAL SCOPE
Ongoing support agreement with a defined response time, a real human on the phone, and regular health checks. We document your environment on day one so nothing lives in someone's head.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
  • A named point of contact for your team
  • Documented environment and user base
  • Monthly health and activity summary

Network & Infrastructure

Design, supply and install of business networks — from single-site Wi-Fi to multi-site VLANs and VPNs.

WHO IT'S FOR
Businesses moving premises, growing past a consumer-grade network, or connecting multiple sites.
TYPICAL SCOPE
Site survey, network design, hardware procurement, cabling coordination, configuration, and cutover. We stay on site through the changeover and hand over clean documentation.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
  • A properly segmented, documented network
  • Handover diagrams and configuration backups
  • An upgrade path for when it grows

Cloud, Microsoft 365 & SaaS

Tenant setup, identity, file migration, licensing rationalisation, mail configuration — plus ongoing admin so things don't drift.

WHO IT'S FOR
Businesses on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace where setup has grown organically over years.
TYPICAL SCOPE
An audit of the current tenant, cleanup of orphaned accounts and over-provisioned licences, and a tightening of identity and access controls. Optionally migration between tenants or providers.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
  • A rationalised tenant with clean identity
  • Licence savings where applicable
  • A baseline security posture documented

Backups, Security & Continuity

On-site and off-site backups that are actually tested. Basic cyber-hygiene for small teams — MFA, endpoint cover, response plan.

WHO IT'S FOR
Businesses that have never had an incident but know they're overdue to take it seriously.
TYPICAL SCOPE
Backup strategy design and implementation, endpoint protection rollout, MFA enforcement, and a written incident response plan. We run a restore test before we call it done.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
  • A tested backup and restore process
  • Baseline endpoint and identity protection
  • A written plan for when something goes wrong
03

Industry

Specialist depth in joinery and manufacturing. The workflows we grew up in.

CAD/CAM Pipeline Review

How a job moves from design through nesting to the machine. We've seen what breaks and what scales.

WHO IT'S FOR
Cabinet shops and fabricators where the design-to-CNC hand-off involves too much manual patching.
TYPICAL SCOPE
We map your current toolchain — CAD software, libraries, post-processors, nesting, machine controllers — and identify where data is being re-entered, translated by hand, or lost in transit.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
  • A pipeline diagram of your current flow
  • A prioritised list of where to automate or simplify
  • Tooling recommendations where they apply

Shop Floor ↔ Office Integration

Get your ERP, job-card system, drawing office and shop floor talking to each other — even if it means custom glue.

WHO IT'S FOR
Businesses where the shop doesn't see what the office sold, and the office doesn't see what the shop is doing.
TYPICAL SCOPE
We work out where the boundary actually is, what systems are involved on each side, and what would genuinely help. Sometimes that's integration; sometimes it's a better report; sometimes it's a single shared dashboard.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
  • An integration or reporting layer that closes the loop
  • Documentation the team can run with
  • Training for the staff who use it

Data & Reporting

Turning day-to-day operational data into reports someone actually opens on a Monday morning.

WHO IT'S FOR
Owners who want to know what's profitable, what's slow, and what's late — without chasing anyone for it.
TYPICAL SCOPE
We pull data from your ERP, accounting and operational systems into a single reporting layer. Weekly dashboards, monthly summaries, and the right alerts surfaced at the right time.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
  • A reporting layer covering operations and finance
  • Defined weekly and monthly reports
  • Alerts for the things that matter

Workflow Automation

Power Automate, scripts, integrations — whatever takes the repetitive bits off someone's plate without creating a black box.

WHO IT'S FOR
Businesses where somebody spends three hours a week moving data between two systems.
TYPICAL SCOPE
We scope the workflow, build the automation, document it properly, and hand it over to someone in your team who can maintain it after we're gone.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
  • A running automation with documentation
  • Source-controlled code where it applies
  • A nominated internal owner trained up

PROCESS

How an engagement runs.

  1. 01

    Conversation

A 20-minute call. You explain the problem. We ask questions. Usually we can tell you roughly what the engagement would look like before the call ends.

  2. 02

    Scope

A short written scope — objectives, approach, timeframe, cost. A page or two, not a deck.

  3. 03

    Work

We do the work, in and around your team. We surface findings as we go, not all at the end.

  4. 04

    Handover

Documentation, internal owners, and a clean stop. You should be able to sack us cleanly at any point.
